Fatima Akhtar Fashion is an emerging women’s clothing brand offering a mix of casual, semi-formal, and luxury Pakistani wear. With an eye for elegance and quality, the brand aims to connect with fashion-forward women across Pakistan and the diaspora. The client approached Mazin Digital to build their social media presence and drive online sales through effective Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

Our goal was to develop a cohesive brand identity, grow their Instagram following organically, and implement high-performing paid campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and orders—all while maintaining the refined aesthetic that defines Fatima Akhtar’s collections.

Challenges & constraints

  • New Brand in a Saturated Fashion Market: Competing with both established and aggressive D2C fashion brands on social media.

  • Limited Visual Assets Initially: Required strategic creative direction to present the brand with quality despite a limited starting inventory.

  • High Customer Expectations: Fashion shoppers expect visual polish, quick responses, and trust before making a purchase from an Instagram store.

  • Ad Policy Sensitivity: Meta’s advertising policies around model poses, image text, and traditional attire presentation had to be carefully followed.

  • Maintaining Consistency: Ensuring every visual and caption aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and positioning to build long-term loyalty.

Projects solution

We developed a professional and engaging Instagram presence with a clear brand style—balancing elegance and accessibility. Our content plan included model shoots, styled flat-lays, customer testimonials, and seasonally relevant drops. We also managed highlight covers, story formats, and branded templates to elevate the overall feed experience.

For Meta campaigns, we crafted ad sets tailored to different segments: new visitor acquisition, retargeting of profile visitors and engagers, and promotion of new launches. Our creatives included catalog-style carousels, reels, and story ads optimized for conversions. With strong audience segmentation and continuous A/B testing, we successfully helped the brand grow its following, drive traffic, and increase DM-based inquiries and conversions.
